Why Direct Selling?
Thousands of people have switched their electricity service to Viridian, but millions more don't realize they can
choose what company supplies that electricity. The best way to let them know is through word-of-mouth marketing through you!
Rather than hiring salespeople who would receive a one-time commission for customers, we want to create a network
of people who understand our product, share our values and want to build a long-term partnership with Viridian. We
instill a sense of ownership by actually giving you ownership.
Many companies spend millions of dollars on traditional advertising and marketing campaigns. As a direct selling company,
we are able to instead reinvest that money into our Associates through an aggressive and rewarding compensation plan. We
believe in the power of people helping people and are confident that our investment in our Associates is far greater than
any other way we could allocate our corporate marketing budget.
You can start your own simple and rewarding business with no large initial investment, no purchase of inventory
and no monthly financial obligations. You'll be selling a product that everyone needs and giving them an opportunity to
save money over time while reducing their environmental impact. It's a product that sells itself; customers just need you to help them make the switch!
Direct Selling Association
Viridian Energy is a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA). We were granted membership in September 2010 and fully comply with the DSA's Code of Ethics.
DSA Code of Ethics

The cornerstone of the Direct Selling Association's (DSA) commitment to ethical business practices and consumer service is its Code of Ethics.
Every member company pledges to abide by the code's standards and procedures as a condition of admission and continuing membership in DSA.
The DSA Code of Ethics speaks to both the consumer and the seller. It ensures that member companies will make no statements or promises
that might mislead either consumers or prospective sales people. Pyramid schemes are illegal and companies operating pyramids are not permitted
to be members of the DSA.
The DSA Code of Ethics is enforced by an independent code administrator who is not connected with any member company. The code administrator
will do everything possible to resolve any complaints to the satisfaction of everyone involved, and has the power to decide on remedies.
All member companies have agreed to honor the administrator's decisions.
