	Michael J. Fallquist \| Founder & Chief Executive Officer With steadfast vision and extensive experience in the energy sector, Michael Fallquist drives the mission and goals of the company, manages the executive team and oversees company operations. Prior to founding Viridian, Michael served as the chief operating officer of Commerce Energy, a publicly listed natural gas and electricity retailer serving more than 150,000 customers in multiple states. In that capacity, he had responsibility for the day-to-day business activities for Commerce, which included oversight of sales and marketing, operations, energy supply, pricing and human resources. Before joining Commerce Energy, Michael worked for the Macquarie Group in Australia and in the United States, where he gained experience as a member of the innovative Central Executive Strategy Group, and in various energy trading roles within Macquarie Cook Energy. Michael grew up in the eco-friendly culture of the Pacific Northwest and is an avid outdoorsman and environmental preservationist, a passion that is at the heart of his vision for Viridian. Michael earned a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University and an MBA from Cornell University.
	Roop S. Bhullar \| Chief Financial Officer In his current role of CFO, Roop S. Bhullar is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, wholesale energy procurement, hedging and pricing. His overarching focus is to provide the financial leadership to help grow the business in a profitable and sustainable manner. Prior to joining Viridian, Roop was the finance director of Commerce Energy, a publicly traded retail energy provider with more than 150,000 customers in 10 states, where he was responsible for the accounting, treasury and financial planning, and analysis functions. Before Commerce Energy, Roop worked as the financial controller of King Country Energy, a publicly traded electric supplier where he was responsible for the accounting, finance, wholesale procurement and hedging, retail pricing and legal functions, and as a tax manager at Deloitte, where he provided consulting advice to energy clients and co-headed up the specialist M&A group. Roop earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Waikato in New Zealand, in Management Studies (accounting) and Laws (corporate and commercial law), and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
	Cami Boehme \| Senior Vice President of Marketing & Brand Communications Prior to joining Viridian, Cami Boehme was the associate director of marketing and a lecturer of the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, where she was responsible for strategic brand direction and development of new instructional initiatives in collaboration with other departments. Cami also served as partner and brand director for Advent Creative, a Utah-based creative services firm, and prior to that as founder and CEO of Digital Slant, a Utah-based brand consultancy. She grew Digital Slant to be listed as one of the fastest-growing companies in the state two years in a row. Cami has been recognized by a statewide publication as one of 40 professionals under 40 to watch, and by a regional publication as one of the top 10 entrepreneurs in Northern Utah. She earned a B.S. in Mass Communication and an MBA from the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.
	Meredith Berkich \| Senior Vice President of Viridian Network Meredith Berkich was a full-time industry consultant when Viridian brought her on to help stabilize and grow field sales systems and processes. She was appointed to join Viridian’s corporate executive team as a part of the company’s commitment to strengthen the network by attracting proven leadership that focuses on partnering with Associates to build their success. While focusing on increasing internal efficiencies, in her role she continues to develop and implement processes, systems, and programs to ensure the company’s long-term growth and profitability. A career direct-selling industry enthusiast for more than 20 years, Meredith has an extensive background on both the corporate and field side. This included her becoming the youngest field division organizer in an established durable-goods network marketing company, where she grew by maintaining team retention at more than 80% annually. Joining the corporate side as a senior ranking sales executive with a nutraceutical company, Meredith was able to maximize her customer acquisition experience with a VC start-up, and spearhead numerous sales, training, and recognition initiatives in support of both Associates and customers. She designed programs that resulted in double-digit growth in revenues, and triple-digit increases in rank advancements and incentive achievement.
	Betsy Webb \| Vice President, Regulatory Affairs Betsy Webb fulfills many roles at Viridian headquarters, including office administration and human resources for the corporate staff, but her main focus is on compliance. Betsy works closely with different governmental bodies to ensure the company is complying with the local, state and federal laws that govern Viridian’s industry. She also constantly monitors Associates to ensure they are in compliance with the company’s Policies & Procedures, and Terms & Conditions, and investigates all formal and informal customer complaints. Betsy previously served as the director of human resources and administration at Commerce Energy, a publicly traded retail energy provider. She brings with her more than 18 years of experience in human resources in highly regulated industries, including senior leadership roles in the construction, technology and healthcare sectors. Betsy earned a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach, and holds an M.S. degree in Human Resources from Chapman University.
	Robert J. Ulrich \| Vice President of Field Development Bob Ulrich has been with Viridian since May of 2010, and comes with more than 20 years’ experience in the direct sales industry. As the VP of Field Development, his responsibility is to support Associates in their current markets as they build up their organizations and customer base. Bob also oversees the implementation of the new eight-step “Duplic8” Process, handles the development of potential leaders, and spearheads the process of opening new markets that Viridian has identified as strong potential areas for expansion. His vast experience in corporate and distributor roles has given him the right background and knowledge for his position, as Bob’s hands-on style and personable demeanor add to his ability to reach out to Viridian’s growing Associate base. His past roles have included many executive and leadership positions at Tupperware, where he most recently served as the Managing Director and President of Tupperware Korea. He also served as president and CEO of AdvoCare, a nutritional supplement direct sales company based in Texas.
	Jan Fox \| Vice President and General Counsel Jan Fox is responsible for all aspects of Viridian's legal and regulatory functions, as she is well versed in all regulatory aspects of the emerging energy markets, and stays up-to-date on regulatory and policy issues surrounding the industry. Jan is the former president and founder of JLF Energy Consulting, and has more than 20 years of legal, regulatory and management experience in the energy field. Her prior experience includes working for Great Plains Energy’s competitive energy subsidiary, Strategic Energy, as general counsel and executive vice president of regulatory affairs. While at Strategic Energy, Jan established and directed the legal, compliance, and regulatory departments. By coordinating the company’s operations with regulatory requirements, she helped launch market entry and maintain operational compliance in 11 deregulated states. In her role as an executive team member, Jan helped lead the company’s growth, allowing it to become the fifth-largest competitive energy supplier in the U.S. Jan graduated from Syracuse University and received her JD, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
